What I did
- Built the complete technician app: login with validation, dashboard with pending/completed job counters, and on-site logging of parts, costs, and issues.
- Designed the UI for quick field use by non-technical technicians — tab views and accordion layouts for fast data entry during repairs.
- Contributed backend fixes for customer registration (image upload) and complaint tracking across the wider platform.
